Development and Blend of Costume of Manchu and Han Nationality in Qing Dynasty

The costume of Manchu nationality is elegant and gorgeous. They flied their own colors in nationality costume of our country. As a dominative nationality in Qing Dynasty, their costume has quite an effect on the development of our country’s costume. What’s more, because the Manchus and Hans had been living together for a long time, the costume culture of the two nationalities gradually came to blend. The development and blend of the two nationalities’costumes is discussed in this paper, mainly with the political background and peculiarity of the two nationalities at that time.
