Abstract

This paper studies the necessity and feasibility of developing microscale chemistry experiments both in theory and practice through a comparison of the traditional experiments and microscale experiments. It probes into the reform and innovation of experimental apparatus, principles and contents. The conclusion is that offtering microscale experiments in universities is meaningful both in students' quality and their practical ability, and it is also instructive for them to innovate chemistry education in high schools in the future.
