Abstract
To evaluate the therapeutic results of artificial disc replacement and fenestration. 14 cases undergone ADR and 44 cases undergone fenestration were done during December 1999 to December 2001.All cases were followed-up more than 3 years, and JOA score were recorded at preoperation, 6 months follow-up and the last follow-up. Group ADR had better and stable therapeutic results. [Conclusion] ADR has a satisfactory curative effect, and it is a good method for appropriate patients.
