Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Quzhujianshen capsule on gouty arthritis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Quzhujianshen capsule on gouty arthritis.Methods 168 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.116 patients in treatment group,on the basis of routine therapy,were treated by Quzhujianshen capsule 3 pillls,3 times a day;52 patients in control group,on the basis of routine therapy,were treated by Tongyifengning.The changes of blood uric acid before and after treatment in both groups were observed.Results There were significant differences in the levels of blood uric acid in treatment group before and after the treatment(P0.05),and there were significant differences in the levels of blood uric acid after the treatment between two groups(P0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.3%,which was 88.5% in control group,there was a significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Quzhujianshen capsule is effective in treating gouty arthritis,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of Tongyifengning.
