Abstract
The aim is to solve two kinds of cubic spline interpolation functions in a gener al algorithm and show the detailed derivation. By combining the spline equation s based on the initial conditions for two kinds of splines, the calculation form ula for cubic spline interpolation functions is derived in detail without changi ng the error and convergence. The research shows that two kinds of cubic spline interpolation functions can be solved in this algorithm.
