The clinical analysis of Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treatment of 50 cases in hypertension and hyperlipidemia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets combined hyperlipidemia for treatment in hypertension. Methods 100 patients with hypertension combined and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,the control group received atorvastatin treatment,the observation group received amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treatment,the therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. Results The improvement of blood pressure,blood lipid between the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium for treatment in hypertension combined hyperlipidemia effect is exact,safe and no serious adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical use.
