Abstract
Objective: Compares the difference between Trifolium pratensein L. and Trifolium repens L. in original of the species, characteristic identification, microscopic identification and UASLG etc, develops its medicinal purposes value. Methods: Uses original of the species, characteristic identification, microscopic identification and UASLG etc. Results: The stem and leaf of Trifolium pratensein L. are covered by fluff, but the Trifolium repens L. stem and leaf surface are smooth; Tissue distribution in stem of Trifolium pratensein L. has cavity in center, not the Trifolium repens L.; Trifolium pratensein L. and Trifolium repens L. have the wide difference in UASLG. Conclusions: There are some differences of characteristic, microscopic and UASLG between Trifolium pratensein L. and Trifolium repens L.
