The Disaster and Influence in He'nan during the Early Guangxu Dynasty

In the early Guangxu emperor,there was a rare disaster in North China,Including Shandong,Zhili,Henan,Shanxi and Shaanxi five provinces in recent history.Henan is one of the worst-hit provinces.The serious natural disasters caused the rising death,the victims fled,their body and thoughts had great changes,but also the feudal economic difficulties,the more for agricultural economic and recovery caused great destruction,which caused social unrest and affected public security.
