Abstract
The factors affecting of various carbon resources, arious nitrogen resources, the temperature, time of fermentation, the inoculation quantity, the seed age, initial pH,fermentation medium on Polysaccharide—producing of Bacillus subtilis B1⑥,The results showed that in the process of fermentation, corn and soybeans were the best source of carbon and nitrogen. The best level of salts were: KH2PO4 0.15%,NaH2PO40 1%,MnSO4 0.1% and CaCl2 0.2%;Other appropriate fermentation conditions were: fermentation time for five days, the inoculation quantity for 5% around 100ml in 300ml a botton and the initial pH for 8.0.
