Abstract

This paper brings forward Fourier analysis function theory may be applied to random sequence generators, changing the way of its output, designing a new and high speed random sequence generator, and puts forward that this theory can be applied to test the randomicity of the random sequence efficiently to meet the demand of computer information technology which is developing rapidly.
