The landscape design that inherits the industrial landscape and records the history of site provides us not only a new approach to the restoration of the industrial wasteland but also a new landscape form.This article summarizes the background of the forthcoming of the industrial wasteland,discusses the rich ideas and particular methods of the post-industrial landscape design,and illustrates its meaning and inspiration.
