Abstract

Objective:To survey the medical ethics,find out the problems and the influencing factors of medical ethics,and seek the solutions.Method:517 persons working in the three hospitals(first-rate of level three)were investigated with self-edited questionnaires.Results:Most of the interviewees have their positive comments on their professional ethics.There are unhealthy tendencies in the medical profession.The rationality of medical system,government performance and public opinion havethe greatest impacton medical ethics,which takes the largest proportion.Conclusion:It is a complicated system to construct the professional ethics of health workforce.Medical environment and effective organization are important in factors.
