Abstract

Fund-raising is a key factor in the development of venture capital, but our capital market is not perfect and capital source is very limited. The most important reason of difficulties of fund-raising is the defect of legal system. So we must revise current laws and regulations and fill in the gaps of laws about fund-raising in venture capital. These are the most effective legal measures to promote the venture capital operation.
