Abstract

This paper bases its investigations on the recent studies and practices of the training mode of application-oriented talents from computer majors,then takes the issues present in the current school-enterprise-cooperation-based training mode of application-oriented talents as a starting point,and further discusses the establishment of the training mode of 3+1 talents based on teaching systems,teaching methodologies,school-enterprise cooperation and etc.
