Literary Thought and Trend of Later Yuan Dynasty and Earlier Ming Dynasty

The literary achievements of Later Yuan Dynasty and Earlier Ming Dynasty are mainly made in southeast region,and Yang Wei-zhen and Gao Qi are leading scholars of this literary movement.All critics usually categorize these two scholars' literary works as advocating individual thinking and desire of human being.The paper,through analysis of two scholars' social interaction,discloses that Gao Qi actually represented a total different literary thought trend: renaissance of the classics.
