Abstract
In this paper, a detail exposition was given on the following items: the basic concept of quality and quality assurance system; the necessity of establishing the quality assurance system; the constitution of the quality assurance system; the process of establishment of the quality assurance system; the drawing up of documents of the quality assurance system; the operation of the quality assurance system and its continued modifications; and relating policy given by CNACL.
