Abstract
Nine stains were separated in the gill, intestine, liver, muscle, and ulceration portions of diseased Fugu obscurus on different farms. After artificial infection and nosogenesis experiments, T-22,T-11,J-2,H-3,H-5 showed strong pathogenicity, and the symptom is similar to natural diseased fishes. After the examination on the morphology, culture features, and API 20E bacteria biochemical speedy identification test paper,Aeromonas sobria,Aeromonas caviae, Aeromonas hydrophila, Plesiomonas shigelloides,Vibrio cholerae were identified to be pathogenic bacteria. Medicine sensitive experiment resulted in nine medicines showed good restraining effect on Aeromonas sobria,Aeromonas caviae, and Vibrio cholerae. Aeromonas hydrophila has obvious medicine resistance. Ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and sulfonamide showed some restraining effect on Plesiomonas shigelloides.
