Abstract

The participating democracy is the important way to explore the democratic theory with Chinese characteristics.The paper deeply narrates the theory of participating democracy,fully appraises its theoretical and practical significance,analyses its applying in the practice of Chinese democracy.Studies on the theory of participating democracy may help to erase the thinking way of path lock and explore the feasibility of democratic theory with Chinese characteristics on the base of Chinese conditions.
