Clinical Research of the Time with Tympanostomy Tube and Removing of the Children Suffered from Secretory Otitis Media

Children with secretory otitis media is a common cause of hearing loss.Tympanostomy tube is the main treatment method in children with secretory otitis media.The appropriate time of tympanostomy tube and remove it will have important clinical effectiveness for the post-operation.There are many factors have influential on the time with the tympanostomy tube and remove it.The research of tympanostomy tube in the treatment of secretory otitis media among the children and the time with removing tube have important clinical significance.This research have reference to the relevant literatures.From pathogenesis,efficacy analysis,audiology instruments ,the relationship of the complications and tympanostomy tubes and so on,a research progress of the children with secretory otitis media with tympanostomy tube were reviewed.
