Abstract

Describes the characteristics of transdermal drug delivery systems,dosage form,penetration techniques and in vivo research model,to provide a reference for the study of transdermal drug delivery systems. Mainly to search the foreign- related literature on transdermal drug delivery systems that were reviewed and analyzed. With the continuous development of new materials,new technology,new equipment,penetration method has made great progress,transdermal drug delivery system has broad prospects for development.
