Characteristics of Israel’s agricultural technology extension system and its reference for China

In this paper,authors have a brief review of the Israel agricultural extension system construction experience from the construction of the main structure,promotion,safeguard measures in four aspects.In view of the existing problems of Chinese agricultural extension system,such as its construction is not clear,management system is not perfect,promotion mechanism is not flexible,funds shortage and so on.This thesis puts forward some policy recommendations on the basis of experience in Israel in order to construct the Chinese characteristic agricultural extension system.Mainly in the following: Strengthening agricultural extension subject construction,create a multi-dimensional new agricultural technology extension system;innovation of agricultural extension mode,improve the efficiency of agricultural extension service system;improve and implement security policies,to ensure the sustainable development of agricultural extension system.
