The Trajectory of Population Development in the Past 60 Years in China:——And the Labor Supply in the Future

Based on sorting out the trajectory of China's population development clearly,and judged by the low birth rate,low death rate,low growth rate and the death rate increasing at a low level in present China's demography ,China has completed its demographic transition.In this article,the quantity and the quality of China's labor supply in the past decades are studied,and on the basis of the future population developing trend in China,the limitless labor supply will become history,and what follows is labor shortage and population aging.Cultivating higher quality labor,developing aging human resources,and complementing birth policy are ways to solve the problem of labor supply in future.
