The Construction of University Teachers' Professional Ethics

Abstract

The building of teachers' ethics is an important part in teachers' development.Owing to various temptations of econonic marketing system,many problems has arised in university teachers' ethics which seriously affect the university's teaching quality and reputation.Therefore,the paper analyzes the existing problems and possible causes and proposes some constructive suggestions to the building of teachers' professional ethics.
