Abstract
Objective: To find out a high-efficiency and steady performance of staining nucleic acid with Genefinder in agarose gel electrophoresis.Method:Comparative analysis was performed on the staining effects corresponding with three different methods of Genefinder staining.Result:Staining nucleic acid with Genefinder after agarose gel electrophoresis has a satisfactory effect, while staining in agarose gel electrophoresis does worse and staining with preparative dye liquor has the worst effect. Conclusion:Probably Genefinder has an effect on the mobility of nucleic acid in agarose gel electrophoresis, therefore,a better way is to stain nucleic acid with Genefinder after the agarose gel electrophoresis.
