Abstract
In this paper,we study the constructions of a group-graded A-bialgebra(Hopf algebra),and we get two kinds of new group-graded A-bialgebra(Hopf algebra) from a given group-graded A-bialgebra(Hopf algebra) and a bicharacter on the group.
