Abstract
The theory on human's free and overall development goes through the grand Marxist theoretical system as a fundermental clue with abundant connotation and far-reaching meaning,which works not only as the final objective to lead human forward but also as the practical means to promote the economic and social development.Put human first concentratedly generalizes the essence and connotation of the theory on human's free and overall development and scientific outlook on development.By correcting the deviances and problems in the course of development and carrying out scientific outlook on development in every field of productive development and every aspect of social life,only in this way,can we combine the course of economic and social development with the realization of the people's benefits as well as the free and overall human's development.
