Abstract
A method for the determination of La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Y,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu in aluminium-scandium alloys by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) was proposed.103 Rh and185Re were used as the internal standards to correct the effect and drifting of aluminum. The mass spectrometric interference of rare earth element was explored and the non-mass spectroscopic isotope was found and used for determination. The spike recoveries were 96% ~ 124%. The detection limits of method were0. 01 ~ 0. 07 μg / g. The relative standard deviations( RSD,n = 6) were 0. 74% ~ 7. 5%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
