Abstract

Objective To analyse the therapeutic effect of hypertensivc cerebral hemorrhage in YL-1 transfixion pin of comminuted intracranial hematoma on minimally invasive surgical technology. Methods The treatment and therapeutic effect about the clinic data of the 39 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage performed minimally invasive surgical technology between march 2003 and september 2006 was studied. Results Enhanced setting accuracy was decreased death rate and disability rate of the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage on minimally invasive surgical technology. Conclusion Scientific skill on minimally invasive surgical technology in YL-1 transfixion pin of comminuted intracranial hematoma for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is very good method in basic level hospital.
