Analysis of research of subacromial impingement syndrome

Shoulder pain is common clinical symptoms.Subacromial impingement syndrome has gradually become independent from shoulder pain disease.All causes of shoulder peak clearance under reduced volume,content increase in size,can lead to subacromial impingement syndrome.Subacromial impingement syndrome diagnosis should be combined with the history,physical examination,X-ray,MRI,shoulders imaging and the pathological changes under mirror,and other comprehensive judgment.Neer stageⅠ,Ⅱstage patients usually can treat through the conservative treatment such as:physical therapy,local closed,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug treatment and obtain satisfactory curative effect.Neer put forward shoulder peak before angioplasty,this surgery has become as a standard operation treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome,and the results were satisfactory.But the operation exists,damage,slow recovery,the triangle muscle weakness of shortcomings.In the past twenty years,arthroscopic subacromial decompression(arthroscopic subacromial decompression,ASD) has replaced the open surgery,as a treatment of the preferred method of subacromial impingement syndrome.Satisfied effect is assessment.
