Abstract

objective To evaluate the current situation of narcotic analgesics use in the inpatients of our hospital. methods The application of narcotic analgesics in the inpatients of our hospital during 2005~2007 were analyzed retrospectively. results The amount of fentanyl injection use dominated in the first.The amount of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablet use was increasing year by year.However,the amount of pethidine、bucinnazine and morphine injection use was decreasing. conclusion Our hospital of narcotic analgesics use was rational on the whole,but was far from three-step analgesic ladder program recommended by WHO.
