Abstract
The fictitious property that it is formed in cyberspace is a new type of object in civil law,and it is intangible,different from the exiting property.The fictitious property,along with the object of intellectual property,is virtual property,but there is basic difference between them.Traditional property law in fact is about tangible property,but intangible property right is based on fictitious property,and this leads to a new type of intangible property law.The legal adjustment of fictitious property signals the advent of a new age of property law.
