Abstract
Technology is the basis of human civilization.Every civilization is supported by one particular technological system.The modern technology gives birth to the brilliant achievement of the industrial civilization,and it also leads to many kinds of ecological problems.Ecological civilization is a profound rethinking of the industrial civilization.Particularly,it is the reflection of the negative effects of the modern technology after the industrial revolution.It is crucial that whether the system of ecological technology could be constructed or not.If we want to construct it we need to cultivate a strong ecological culture.And it is to be sure that technology obeys the ecological principles and also should be constrained by the ecological culture.
