Exploration on the Cultivating Mode of Talents in Economics and Management Specialties Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Idea

Abstract

Promoting actively innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important task for universities reform according to the spirits of National Program for Medium-Long Term Reform and Development and the work points of the Ministry of Education in 2010.This paper firstly analyzed the problems about the talents cultivating in Chinese universities based on the above background.Then it explored on the cultivating mode of talents in economics and management specialties based on innovation and entrepreneurship education idea and aimed to provide useful suggestions for talent cultivating.
