Abstract

The crude cellulase of Trichoderma viride was obtained by liquid fermentation, and the C1 activity, Cx activity and β-glucanase activity were measured respectively. The results indicated that temperature, pH, substrate concentration and metallic ions affect the activity of C1 activity, Cx activity and β-glucanase activity differently.
