Abstract
Four primers with more specificity strap is screening from 10 ISSR strap in this research.The paired comparison experiment of B8 strap between the individuals of high and low height at withers indicates that the individuals of high height at withers own the same strap by both, the individuals of low height at withers own the same strap by both in Tibetan goats.The individuals of high height at withers obtain 638bp concensus sequence, while the individuals of low withers hasn't.The homology between Tibetan goats and human is 65.64%.
