Abstract
In this paper, the effects of some factors on extraction process of characteristic component-ginger oil from ginger were studied through supercritical CO 2 extraction, and the optimum conditions were: temperature 50℃, pressure 14.4MPa, extraction time 2h, sampling quantity of fluid 5mL, gas velocity during sampling process 0.3~0.9L/min. The extracted ginger oil was analysed by combination of ultraviolet spectroscopy and gas chromatography, the relative contents of every component were obtained by calculation based on GC results.
