Effects of Pesticides and Fungicides on Mycelium Growth of Trichoderma harzianum

Through use the conventional measurement method for fungus biomass to detect the effects of seven common pesticides and three fungicides in Xinxiang region on mycelium growth of Trichoderma harzianum.The results showed that the seven pesticides and the three fungicides all had a certain inhibitory effect on mycelium growth of Trichoderma harzianum,and the inhibitory effect increased with increasing concentration of pesticides or fungicides,but their toxicity on Trichoderma harzianum had differences.When applying the seven pesticides and the three fungicides with recommend dosage to the field,the 26% of Cyhalothrin + Phoxim EC,streptomycin,acetamiprid WP and 10% of Imidacloprid WP had few effects on mycelium growth of Trichoderma harzianum,so they could mix-use with Trichoderma harzianum.
