Abstract
Qin Culture dates from the feudal and regional culture of Qin Dynasty,symbolized mainly by its material civilization and developed in the course of Qin state establishment,strengthening and unity.Qin Culture is characterized by its pragmatism,utilitarianism,open-mindedness and creativity.The ancient Qin people's expansionist agriculture,state-unity ideology and grand architecture have now developed into the present Shaanxi people's practical,enterprising,magnanimous and self-cultivating cultural factors,mixed with Buddhism,Daoism and Confucious morality.Qin Culture is now playing an increasingly important role in the development of Shaanxi social economy.
