Abstract

Industry cluster is an important phenomenon in the economic development.Study the high-tech industry clusters,the layout of the rationalization of the economy,the optimal allocation of resources,the formation of regional competitive advantage of great significance.Based on analysis of the high-tech industry clusters of basic theory and characteristics of the high-tech industry clusters in the growth mechanism has been studied.
