Abstract

A current-mode filter, in which a new current controlled conveyor(CCCII) is used as building block, with one input and multiple outputs is presented in the paper. It consists of only 4 current controlled conveyors and 2 capacitors. 5 basic functions of biquadratic filtering can be realized by selecting one of the three outputs or their proper combinations. Results from PSPICE simulation validates the theory analysis. It is demonstrated that the proposed circuit has not only low passive sensitivity, but also a simple structure.
