On the new structure of knowledge base system

Abstract

A new mode of developing the knowledge base system(KBS) in the intelligent decision support system is put forward, i.e. the incremental mode. The knowledge base is constructed in an accumulative way so as to ensure its maturity. Based on the encapsulation function and manageability of the incremental mode, the development process of the incremental KBS is studied, including knowledge acquirement, knowledge representation and knowledge inference. And the developing trend of the KBS is anticipated.
