Abstract
Through the investigation and analysis on highway emergency management situation at present,research contents of highway emergency management system are proposed and highway emergency guarantee capacity construction and highway emergency disposal capacity construction are elaborated,thus providing theoretical direction for highway emergency management and laying a solid foundation for emergency management of highway management department.
