Abstract
The tested samples prepared by adding 0.5% nano-Fe powder to coarse Fe-based powder, and ball-milling the mixed powder violently were sintered respectively at 600,650,700,750,800,850 and 920 ℃ for 20 min.The morphology of the tested samples was observed by TEM and SEM.The results show that the sintering temperature of the samples decrease 260 ℃ with the addition of nano-Fe powder, which is due to that nano-Fe powder with high activity and low melting point adsorbs, dissolves and diffuses rapidly at the interface of coarse Fe-base powder particle.
