Study on evolutionary tendency of citied impoverished population in new period—Analysis of impoverished problem of the countryside flowing population in cities

Impoverished population formed by countryside flowing people is an important part of the city's impoverished population growth in the new period.Although most of them are impoverished,they are easily neglected in the poverty monitoring observation according to the household register system.The paper assesses the number of the countryside flowing population in the cities at present and analyzes the characteristics and social impact of the countryside flowing population;it also offers suggestions and solutions to the problem.
