Analyzing of Theory Arguments on Product Liability Punitive Damages

The application of punitive damages in product liability is dated from 1970’s of America. Although product liability punitive damages has gained widespread support in American precedent, it also causes a good many theory arguments, however, the existence of theory controversies cannot affect practical using of product liability punitive damages.
