On Mencius's People-oriented Thought and Its Value Judgment

Abstract

Mencius is a famous thinker of ancient China,whose people-oriented thought is an important part of his theory system.His people-oriented thought includes people being more important than the monarch,protecting and caring for the people,sharing happiness with the people,being popular with the people,valuing the able man and so on.Mencius 's people-oriented thought represents his inherent positive value and negative value.
