Abstract
Objective:To summarize the early results and experiences of coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)in coronary artery disease.Methods:18 cases were performed conventional coronary artery bypass grafting operations.Results:After the operation,all the patients had no deaths,no angina pectoris,cardiac function improved to class Ⅰ.Conclusion:CABG is an efficient way to treat the coronary artery disease.It improves cardiac function,cures agina pectoris,and increases the guatily of life patients live well.
