Enhance Young People’s Ideological and Moral Construction to Ensure Their Healthy Growth

In the recent years of material progress, moral offences and crimes have been on the rise among the young people, in order to concretely enhance the ideological and moral construction for the young people to ensure their healthy growth, we need to: 1, fully understand the strategic significance of the advices given by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the further enhancement and improvement of young people’s ideological and moral education; 2. provide positive guidance in great details to further their education; 3. reduce negative influences to create a wholesome social environment, and 4. strengthen legal system and institutional innovation to guarantee the implementations of relevant measures.
