Definition of Contract Fraud and Contract Disputes

Abstract

Contract fraud is similar to contract disputes.In judicial practice,the property of behaviors can be defined according to the perpetrator's violation to rights and obligations,attitude towards the performance of subject of the contract,the qualification for signing and performing contract,and the comparison of the perpetrator's subjective purpose.
