Abstract
Single site nucleation theory based on equilibrium thermodynamics, single vapor bubble dynamics and linearized models are the essences of classical boiling heat transfer. The present investigations demonstrate that boiling system displays typical self organized structure. Dynamic process incorporated in thermodynamics process results in the evolution of boiling modes. The nonlinear and stochastic of complicated boiling system were analyzed and new approach of calculating boiling heat transfer was proposed.
